What mediums do you work with? I specialize in fineline illustrations, dotwork, pen drawings, and pencil portraiture. Every piece is hand-drawn with precision, patience, and a love for detail.

Are your artworks originals, prints, or both? I offer both! Originals are one-of-a-kind, while high-quality prints are available in limited editions for select pieces. Each print is carefully reproduced to capture the texture and depth of the original.

Do you take commissions? Absolutely! I love working with clients on custom pieces. Whether it's a portrait, a tattoo design, or something more personal, feel free to reach out via the Custom Request form in the Commissions section of this website to submit your idea. PLEASE NOTE: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I start the work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

How long does it take for a custom piece? It depends on the size, complexity, and my current schedule. For smaller pieces typically between 1-2 weeks, for larger pieces or portraits, closer to 3-6 weeks from concept to completion (excluding shipping time). I will give you a more accurate timeline when we discuss your project.

Where are you based? I am based in Australia, but i’m currently living abroad, working and travelling through Japan!

Do you collaborate with other artists or brands? 100% I love the opportunity to connect with like-minded souls. One of my main goals is to network and create a community within this realm :)

Are you available for exhibitions or galleries? Yes! I’m always open to exhibiting my work in galleries, art fairs, or curated shows—locally or internationally. Do you offer studio visits or open days?
Not at the moment, but I share behind-the-scenes content on social media and may hold pop-ups or events in the future.

Are the artworks framed? Your artwork will arrive unframed in secure packaging to minimise the risk of damage in transit! In some cases, framing can be arranged upon request.

How should I care for or display my artwork? Keep your artwork out of direct sunlight, frame it with UV-protective glass if possible, and avoid high-humidity areas. Pencil and ink work especially benefit from protective framing.

How can I purchase your artwork? You can purchase prints, stickers, and other bits and bobs directly from the Art Shop section of this website :) For custom orders and special requests, fill in the contact form to get started!

What payment methods do you accept? I accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and, for custom orders, bank transfers upon request.

Is there a payment plan option? Not at this stage, but it’s something i’d love to add in the future, stay tuned!

Do you ship internationally? Yes! I ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout or during the commission process.

How long does shipping take? For ready-to-ship pieces, allow 3–7 business days for domestic orders and 1–3 weeks internationally. Made-to-order items typically take 5-7 business days to dispatch. Commissioned pieces ship after completion and approval.

What if my order is delayed? I do my best to ensure the process is as quick and efficient as possible, but in the event of your order being delayed i will be in close contact to ensure you stay updated with the status of your order. I am not responsible for delays or charges related to customs or import taxes.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated based on your location and the size of the artwork. You'll see exact costs at checkout or in your invoice.

How is the artwork packaged for shipping? All artworks are carefully packed with protective materials to prevent damage. They are shipped flat or in sturdy tubes.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes, once your order ships, I’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details.

What is your return policy? Due to the handmade nature of my work, I don’t accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact me as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. Commissions can’t be cancelled once work has begun.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged? I take every precaution when packaging, but if your piece is damaged in transit, please send me clear photos via kelseycreatesartshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll work with you on a solution—either a replacement (for prints) or a refund/exchange for a different artwork of the same value depending on the individual circumstance.

Can I use your artwork for commercial or personal use (like tattoos or album covers)? Please contact me first. Personal use (like a tattoo) may be allowed with permission and after purchasing a tattoo token. Commercial use—such as for merchandise, branding, or album covers—requires a licensing agreement.

Do I own the copyright after purchase? No, purchasing an artwork doesn’t transfer copyright. I retain all rights unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Can I post your artwork on social media? Yes! I love seeing people share my work and feeling supported in the community. Just please credit me and link back to my website or Instagram. Reproduction or commercial use is not allowed without permission.

How can I contact you? You can reach me via the contact page on this website or through Instagram DMs. I do my best to reply within 2–3 business days.

Do you have a physical store? Nope! I am a bit of a nomad at this stage, but that’s not to say i never will! I hope to connect with small local businesses to stock some of my work if i feel that it matches their energy! :)

Can I subscribe to a newsletter or mailing list? Not yet, but it’s in the works! Updates on new art drops, commissions openings, and exclusive discounts when they do come available are things to look forward to!
